The Next Generation Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) program is a 1-year program designed to transition exceptional senior financial executives into a DCFO role. The program is delivered by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).

Action learning is an effective way to help develop strong leadership skills. Facilitators provide a structured and confidential environment to share ideas and problem solve. By the second or third action learning set, participants will become more reflective and able to identify development opportunities.
