The Advanced Financial Officer Development (AFOD) program prepares experienced finance professionals to become well-rounded leaders. Over 24 months, participants are challenged to develop their skills and knowledge by working in different finance and program areas. Career advancement opportunities are available upon program completion.

Action learning is a highly structured and professionally facilitated exercise. Facilitated by former CFOs, participants reflect on past experiences with their peers to gain new perspectives and improve critical thinking skills, preparing them for more senior roles and responsibilities.
The mentor regularly engages with the participant to provide guidance and review their progress.
After successful completion of the program, participants gain knowledge of different financial management areas. Participants are eligible for career advancement according to the program guidelines and may receive a promotional recommendation from their manager and CFO.
